Wash Vegetables and fruits: Before cooking wash the vegetables and fruit very carefully to avoid chemical poisoning. Nowadays, a lot of insecticides and pesticides are used in vegetables and fruits. So, if they are not washed properly you may be a victim of inhaling these dangerous chemical substances.
Refrigeration: Refrigerate your fish and meat etc. as soon as possible. Doctors say that if a food is kept 2 hours in room temperature it becomes disposable as the bacterial growth in this foods starts.
