Lunges using Dumbbells: It is good for the thigh muscles but also is good for the shins and kneecaps.
How to do it:
- With feet apart hold a dumbbell in each of your hands
- Lunge to the front with the left leg and then straighten it. You should lunge in such a way as to keep your right knee above the ground by an inch
- Keep torso straight and weight spread out between the legs.
- Do these lunges for half a minute and then switch.
