Circle with the Single-Leg: This is not as easy as you may think.
How to do it:
- Lay back on a mat with arms by sides and keep palms facing downwards
- Start by pointing left foot as if you are touching the roof and rotate the leg towards the outside
- Take a deep breathe and make a circle only with left leg keeping the bum steady and on the floor
- Do this 5 times in one direction and then in another direction. Repeat with right leg.
