5 Minutes to Bouncy Gym Hairs
It becomes very difficult to manage regular shampooing to hairs after gym, when you are having an office timing ready ahead. Because it takes lots of time to wash hairs and to get rid of the sweat on the scalp. There are some of the preparations which can help to you get rid of the sweating scalp within few of minutes.
There are mainly two types of preparations which are involved for the hair care.
1. Pre work out preparations
2. Post work out preparations
PRE WORK OUT PREPARATIONS:
• Try to tie your hairs at a higher position so that they get prevented from the sweating actions. Higher pony tails can be more beneficial.
• Put a towel hair band to keep the hairs on backward position and for the absorption of sweat. Do not try to tie your hairs too much tightly it may make a strain on the hair roots.
• Avoid work out with wet hairs, as it put load and stretch on the hairs.
POST WORK OUT HAIR PREPARATIONS: After the work out head scalp is full of the sweat and it is not always possible to wash hairs.
FIRST STEP: Arrange a little bit to your hairs and make some easy sprays of hair gel on the top layers. Hairs will get somewhat arranged and becomes softer to manage their settlement. The hair spray should we water based.
SECOND STEP: Now it is important to make the scalp dry. So wrap an average part of the hairs around the rolling hair bush and lift them up from the scalp with the help of brush. Try to roll the hairs about one to two inches away from the scalp. Now blow the dryer for few seconds towards the roots in order to make the scalp dry from the sweating. The excess of the sweat get evaporate away from the scalp.
THIRD STEP: After an air treatment leave the hairs in the same positions as rolling around the brush and let them to cool down for few seconds. Now to prevent the bulky arrangement of the hairs try to unwind the hairs with the help of fingers rather than the brush. Try to repeat the process till the hairs get managed separately.
FOURTH STEP: After the separation now blow the dryer on the remaining portion of the hairs. Try to move your fingers from upside down along with the dryer and give a windy blow to the hairs. Keep the dryer about 6 inches away from the hairs so that the air can cover the larger area and get prevented from the heat stroke.
FIFTH STEP: Now your hairs are ready within the few of the minutes. You may add your hair style as per your choice.
