Using Cornmeal: This one works well to give you some relief from those painful boils. All you need to do is boil half a cup of water and mix cornmeal into this to make a thick paste. Apply the paste that you get on to the boil and cover it. You need to do this many times a day. Soon the boil will soften and pus will start to come out.
Using Black Seed Oil: This is a well known cure that will work on several skin related infections. You will get some relief from the boil due to the curative qualities of this black seed oil. You need to consume half a teaspoon of this oil mixed in a drink, twice a day till you feel the difference.
Using Tea Tree Oil: This one is really known for its antifungal, antibacterial and antiseptic qualities. Use of Tea tree oil on a regular basis will give relief and speed up the healing of boils. Simply dab the oil using a cotton ball on the boil at least 5-6 times till you can see the difference.
Using Turmeric: Turmeric purifies the blood and is also known to be an anti-inflammatory. Drink warm water or milk with a teaspoon of turmeric mixed in even as many as 2-3 times a day. Plus you can apply a paste made of turmeric and fresh ginger and apply it to the boil and keep it covered with a cloth.
Using Onion: Simply take a really thick slice of onion and put it on the boils. After doing this you need to wrap it with a cloth for the onion to start working. Do this 3-4 times a day till you can feel the boil waning.
Using Garlic: Make a paste with 2-3 cloves of fresh garlic and apply on the boil. You may also heat a clove of garlic and put it on the boil for a quarter of an hour many times a day.
Using Bacon: You need to roll the bacon in salt and put it between two pieces of cloth and apply it to the boil till such time it starts to drain.
Using Milk: Heat a cup of milk and add 3 teaspoons of salt to it slowly. Put in some flour or pieces of bread to thicken it. Apply a part of this to the boil and keep doing it many times throughout the day.
Using Eggs: You can take the white portion of a boiled egg and place it on the boil while it is still warm and then cover the whole thing with cloth. This will help your boil faster and also bring your relief.
Applying Washcloth compress: This produces a huge amount of relief from the painful boil. Simply dip the washcloth in tepid water and keep it on the boil for some time. Do this many times a day to feel the difference.
