Traveling Power Squat:
How to do it:
- Stand up with weights of about 5-8 pounds in hands holding them horizontal to the ribcage.
- Jump and as you jump lift the weight over the head stretching your arms
- Then bring the weight back to ribcage as you land from the jump
- Do this for about half a minute in the beginning and up to a minute when you have mastered it partly.
