Feet and the Intrinsic and Extrinsic Muscles in it: Any kind of imbalance in the muscles of your feet will impede your walking and also cause problems in the long run.

Intrinsic foot muscles: Both the ends are within the foot and these motions move one part of the feet in relation to other joints in the feet.

Extrinsic foot muscles: These have a single attachment in the foot and one more up in the leg. These muscles will help move the feet in relation to the lower portion of the leg.
