Here is how you do it:
Curl with weights: This will make you feel very righteous and will also add tone to your arms.
How to do it:
- Stand with feet apart holding a weight in each hand in front of the hips with palms facing outwards.
- Bend left arm at right angle till parallel to ground and bend right arm towards the shoulder and then back to original place. Do this 8 times and then do the other arm.
- Then you can do both at once.
